Return & Refund Policy
At Bluny Noir, we follow the principles of honesty and fairness. We accept returns and refunds following Sunnah, ensuring transparency and satisfaction for both the buyer and seller.

Returns
We understand that personal preference matters in fragrances. You may return a used perfume if at least 90% of the product remains and it is returned within 48 hours of delivery. The item must include its original packaging and proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Provide your order number and photo proof, and our team will assist you promptly with a replacement or refund.

Eligibility
• Perfume must be at least 90% full and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Refunds are not applicable to items damaged due to misuse or storage conditions.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and verified, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or as store credit. Refund value may be adjusted based on product usage or condition.
