We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Personal preference (e.g., fragrance liking)
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
All sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged.
✅ Damaged Product Policy
If your order is delivered damaged or broken, you may claim a refund under the following conditions:
• The claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos and videos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:
• Issue a refund, or
• Offer a replacement (subject to availability).
